New Meal Options Are Here!

A good meal plan should feel easy before dinner ever hits the plate. It should offer choices that sound good, make ordering simple, and fit the way real weeks actually unfold. That is why we have updated our meal options with three refreshed menus, a cleaner ordering process, and more flexibility from the start.

The new menus are Classic, Beef, and No-Mex. Each one was shaped by customer feedback, including what people ordered again, what they skipped, what they asked to see more often, and what made meal planning feel harder than it needed to be.

This update is not just a new set of names. It is a better way to choose meals, build a plan, and enjoy more of the dishes people have been asking for.

We built the new menus around what customers told us

The biggest reason for these changes is simple. We listened.

Customer feedback gave us a clear picture of what was working and what needed to change. Some meals had loyal fans. Others showed up on menus but did not bring the same level of excitement. Some people wanted more familiar comfort meals. Others wanted a clear way to choose beef meals without sorting through every option. Many also asked for a menu with no Mexican-inspired dishes, either because of taste preferences, dietary routines, or just wanting more variety.

That feedback pointed us toward three clear paths:

  • A go-to menu for trusted favorites

  • A dedicated menu for beef lovers

  • A menu option without Mexican-inspired meals

The result is a lineup that feels easier to understand and more useful week after week.

We also heard that ordering could feel more complicated than it needed to. A meal plan should save time, not add another decision-heavy task to the week. So we cleaned up the way plans are selected and made the main choices clearer.

The goal was not to add more noise. The goal was to make the right choice easier to find.

The Classic menu keeps the favorites at the center

A good menu should not feel crowded just for the sake of having more items. It should feel clear, thoughtful, and worth choosing from.

The Beef menu makes hearty choices easier to find

For customers who often look for beef meals first, the new Beef menu makes meal planning much simpler. We grouped all the favorite Mexcian beef dishes and put them together in one menu for folks that are interested in beef-only meals.

It helps set expectations. If beef is what you want, the Beef menu gives you a clear place to begin. If you are not in the mood for beef that week, you can move straight to Classic or No-Mex instead.

The No-Mex menu adds a clear choice for different tastes

Mexican meals are what identifies La Mesa Blanca. They represent our culture and our traditions, and we are proud to bring that authenticity to your home with every dish we make. But, we also understand that they are not for every person or every week. Some customers told us they wanted a bit more variety and change in pace and flavors. The new No-Mex menu answers that request.

No-Mex gives you a clear path if you prefer meals outside that flavor profile. It is useful for anyone who wants more traditional comfort meals, lighter-tasting options, or simply a break from spice blends and ingredients often found in Mexican-inspired dishes.

The name is direct on purpose. It tells you exactly what to expect.

We removed some meals to make room for stronger favorites

Menu updates always involve choices. Adding new favorites means making space, and that meant removing certain meals from the lineup.

We did not make those decisions casually. We looked at patterns in feedback and interest. Some meals did not get the same level of repeat demand. Some created confusion within the menu. Others simply made less sense once we moved to the new Classic, Beef, and No-Mex structure.

Removing meals can be disappointing when a removed dish happened to be one of your personal favorites. We get that. Food is personal, and routines matter.

At the same time, a better menu needs focus. If too many meals stay on the list just because they have been there before, the menu becomes harder to improve. By clearing out options that were not serving the wider group well, we can bring in meals that more people are excited to order.

The update gives us room for:

  • More requested favorites

  • Better menu balance

  • Clearer categories

  • Less decision fatigue

  • Stronger meal variety across the week

That last point matters. Variety is not only about having a long list. It is about having the right mix of meals, with options that feel different enough to keep things interesting and dependable enough to order again.

Ordering a meal plan is now simpler

The menu update also comes with a simpler ordering process.

Before, choosing meals could feel like too many small decisions. Pick a plan, compare meals, check categories, look for what fits, then repeat it the next week. That can add up, especially when meal planning is supposed to make life easier.

The new process is built around clearer steps.

You start by choosing the menu that best matches your taste for the week:

Classic

Familiar chicken and pork-based favorites for great weekly eating

Beef

Beef-focused meals in one place

Great for hearty meal preferences

No-Mex

Meals without Mexican-inspired options

Great for clear taste preferences

Mixed

Want a little bit of everything? Who wouldn't?

This option lets you have the best of all 3 menus.

Once you pick the menu, choosing the plan is more direct. The main decision becomes how many days you want covered, rather than sorting through a long list of mixed meal styles.

That is the point of the new setup. It turns ordering into a short, clear process instead of a weekly puzzle.

A simpler system also helps new customers get started. If someone is ordering for the first time, they should not need to study every part of the menu to understand what to do. Classic, Beef, and No-Mex make the entry point clearer.

For returning customers, the benefit is speed. You can recognize what fits your week, choose your plan, and move forward.

You can choose a 5-Day or 3-Day plan

Flexibility is another important part of the update. Not every week looks the same, so meal plans should not force every person into one pattern.

You can choose between a 5-Day plan or a 3-Day plan, depending on how much meal support you want.

A 5-Day plan is a good fit when you want meals covered for most of the workweek. It can help reduce grocery trips, lower the number of last-minute food decisions, and bring more structure to busy weekdays.

A 3-Day plan works well when you want support for only part of the week. Maybe you cook on weekends. Maybe you have plans a few evenings. Maybe you just want prepared meals for your busiest days.

Both options give you a way to make the plan fit your schedule instead of building your schedule around the plan.

This is one of the most practical parts of the update. Menu choice matters, but plan size matters too. Some people need five days of consistency. Others need three days of help. Both should feel easy to order.

The new structure gives you that choice right away.

The new lineup makes weekly planning feel more personal

The best meal plans do not feel generic. They feel like they were built with real habits in mind.

That is what we wanted from this update. Classic, Beef, and No-Mex give you clearer paths based on how you like to eat. The 5-Day and 3-Day options let you match your plan to your week. The updated meal lineup makes more room for dishes people have asked for and removes options that were not carrying their weight.

Together, those changes make the plan easier to use.

They also make feedback more meaningful. With three clear menus, it becomes easier to understand what people want more of. If Beef customers ask for more hearty comfort meals, that feedback has a clear place to go. If No-Mex customers ask for more variety in certain meal styles, that request is easier to act on. If Classic customers keep returning to certain favorites, we can see that pattern more clearly.

A better menu is not finished after one update. It keeps getting better when people use it, react to it, and tell us what they want next.

Explore the new menus and tell us what you think

The updated meal options are here to make choosing easier, meals more enjoyable, and weekly planning more flexible. Whether you reach for the familiar comfort of Classic, the hearty focus of Beef, or the clear simplicity of No-Mex, the new menus give you a better way to find what fits.

This update came from customer feedback, and the next improvements will too.

Try the new options. See what feels right for your week. Choose the 5-Day plan when you want more coverage, or the 3-Day plan when you only need help on your busiest days. Pay attention to the meals you would order again, the ones you miss, and the new favorites you want to see more often.

Then share your thoughts with us.

Your feedback helped shape these menus. It helped us remove meals that were not working as well, add stronger favorites, and simplify the way meal plans are ordered. Now we want to keep that conversation going, one better meal at a time.
